I have always wanted to travel to Africa, this is something that God placed on my heart early on. I truly believe that children, before the world had the ability to speak over them, the Lord is the only one that had been speaking over their life and telling them who they are. This is special. They hold immense value. I want to show God’s love to these kids, share Jesus with them and remind them of that truth that God spoke over them early on but may have been overshadowed by what the world says. I look forward to traveling to Zambia and walking into how God can use the strengths, gifts and ideas that He has given me in the community at Mercy Kids.
